2. Data, purposes and legal bases
We process identification and contact details (name, email, telephone and company), transaction data (products, amounts, invoicing and payments), technical data (IP address and cookie identifiers) and communications. Enquiries, support and requests are handled on the basis of consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and legitimate organisational interests for requests already initiated by the user (Article 6(1)(f)). Orders, deliveries, warranties, returns, invoicing and accounting are processed to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)) and comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Marketing about our products, services, events and news is based on consent; existing customers may receive offers for similar products under Article 21.2 LSSI, with an opt-out in every message. Website security, fraud prevention and service improvement using logs and basic anonymised or aggregated analytics are based on legitimate interests.
3. Retention
We retain data during the relationship with the user or customer and afterwards for statutory periods, including fiscal and commercial requirements of up to six years. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or object.
4. Recipients and processors
Providers of hosting, maintenance, CRM, email marketing, transport, payment and technical support may access data as processors under GDPR Article 28. Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required.
5. International transfers
For providers outside the EEA, an adequate level of protection will be ensured through adequacy decisions or European Commission standard contractual clauses under GDPR Article 46. You may request further information at info@streamtec.es.
6. Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and the right not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to info@streamtec.es and attaching a copy of an identification document. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider your rights infringed.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 14. Records identified as relating to children will be deleted.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk, including access controls, encryption/SSL, backups and incident and vulnerability management.

This policy may be amended to reflect changes in regulations or processing. The current version will be available on the website.
