Structure and Measurements: Designed to work with large cutting capacities, our MBO Fiber Cut fiber laser machines have a reinforced structure capable of withstanding high temperatures. In addition, we offer the option of incorporating powers from 3kW to 12kW to adapt to your specific needs. The cutting table, reinforced with graphite plates, is capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 3652º.
Removable Table: We facilitate the loading and unloading of material by equipping our laser cutting machines with an optional removable table. With the push of a button, you can safely change the table and confirm that the material is loaded properly. This allows the machine to run fully automatically until the job is completed, even if the operator is not in the table area.
Tube and Sheet Cutting (Combined Option): The combined tube and sheet cutting option is perfect for those customers who need to work with both sheets and metal tubes. With a single resonator and cutting head, our machines perform efficient mixed production. You can make sheet metal cuts in formats of 1,500 x 3,000 mm and, optionally, up to 2,000 x 6,000 mm. In addition, you can cut round tubes from 20 to 210 mm and square tubes from 20 to 150 mm.
Pneumatic Clamp System: MBO Fiber Cut’s air-controlled tube clamping system precisely adapts to the material and its shape. With a fixing capacity in just 1 second, we guarantee a safe and efficient grip of the tube during the cutting process.
